During the retreat, all your meals will be prepared for you in accordance with the classes. The meals will be vegetarian and composed of fresh and local products.
You will practice your sessions in a Yoga Shala (space dedicated to Yoga) with a breathtaking views with your 2 Yoga instructors.
Two times a day will be devoted to Yoga, one in the morning after breakfast and another before dinner. Each session will be adapted according to the group's energy: the harmonious balance between physicality, breathing and relaxation.
This pedagogy will allow you to understand the multiple benefits of Yoga which does not require any prerequisites.
